Laghunyasa Mantra - Winter Vedic Chant
A new Vedic chanting group begins in December. A main cause of illness, according to Yoga and Ayurveda, is a disconnection from nature and from our own nature. The two go hand-in-hand, and Laghunyāsa is one of the most relatable, powerful Vedic mantras to fortify our bond. Chanting it is a powerful remedy for our disconnect.

Continue your Yoga Studies journey right here, studying the first Chapter of the defining text of Yoga, Patañjali’s Yoga Sūtra-s. We’ll meet every other Thursday, leaving time for digestion and reflection, covering one sūtra each week. This journey will continue to eventually encompass all four chapters, as each time we finish, we’ll pick up with the next sutra-s or chapter.

Through ādhyāyanam, the teacher chanting and students repeating, we’ll ensure you leave with a firmer grasp on the material.

October Meditation
Fluidly transitioning from one season to the next requires intelligent effort. This month’s powerful meditation will call upon a wise Goddess, invoking her company, her warm and steady presence and her grace meanwhile the trees begin to shed their leaves, the warmth dissipates and the nights get longer.
