All of our group classes are semi-private - no more than six people in each class. To attend, pre-register by two hours in advance by clicking on the class below.

Joining us remotely? It’s a simple process. Upon registering, you’ll receive the join link in your confirmation email. Your host will admit you into the meeting space at class start time.

NOTE: If it’s your first time taking class with us, you must join with your video ON. If not, you will be removed from the meeting.
