Motherhood is this life’s greatest blessing; however, it comes with this life’s greatest challenges. The stressors, the mental load and the endless priorities and responsibilities can cause our own physical and mental health to waver. This Yoga Therapy group meets once weekly, Tuesdays from 9:15-10am online or in person, and you’ll leave with a realistic practice you can replicate daily, at home. From weight gain to anxiety, from overwhelm to simply needing to find yourself under the pile of priorities, Yoga for motherhood has the tools you can bring into your life to enter each day empowered.
